This recipe was my sisters absolute favorite meal when we were kids. Originally it was a recipe on the back of the horseshoe sausage package. Of course, I changed it up and added additional vegetables to make it have even more nutrition. You can make this in your instant pot, like I did or you can actually cook it on the stovetop. The key is not opening the lid and letting the steam escape. In the instant pot I don't think it cooks much faster. Either way you will get dinner on the table super quick and you will be getting 7 plants tonight!
