This is so delicious and easy. Plus we snuck in some extra vegetables that the picky people in your life won't even know that are in there. You can prepare this in advance but it really only takes a couple of minutes to throw together. Make sure you place it on a cookie sheet covered with foil- so clean up will be easy. Enjoy!
