STAR WARS!  Are there Star Wars Fans at your house?  Get them excited about this meal.  I have found that kids (and adults) love pretending.  Especially when it comes to Star Wars!  Today is the unofficial Star Wars day, so what would be better than an authentic meal from the Galaxy's Edge?  My tip for making the meal, is that a whole brat is a lot for me to eat- so if you have little ones or smaller appetite people, maybe cut the brat in half?  Btw, google says it is spelled Brat- I always thought it was Brawt.  The coleslaw & cabbage make this so tasty and exotic- Go for it!  May the Force Be With You!
