This meal does not have any meat but it still packs 55 grams of protein.  Which is crazy!  The meal is a super quick meal and the flavors with the artichokes and sun dried tomatoes makes this so yummy and flavorful.  I can not stress this enough, drain and rinse your beans AND chew the beans completely before swallowing to avoid unwanted gas.  The meal is hardy and served with a crusty piece of French bread it will fill you.
