I used to think I didn't like onions. But seriously without the onions on this steak taco you are missing out. The steak can be any type of cut. The secret is in the marinade and using the oil to cook it in. But because you are cooking it in oil, it does make a little bit of a mess. Trust me it is worth the effort. Thanks again to Bryken for this recipe and video!
