We all know kids love pizza.  This is a pizza pocket.  Maybe your kids will be willing to try things other than just cheese or pepperoni if you have them help you prepare their pizza pocket?  It is worth a shot.  My kids have fun making this recipe together and they love that they have control over what goes inside.  My tip for tonight's meal is that you are going to want to save 1/3 of the green pepper for Friday's homemade tomato soup.  Have Fun!
