Tonight's dinner is quick and tasty. Instead of a tomato sauce you are going to make an Alfredo sauce. Don't worry, Alfredo Sauce is simple to prepare. I add spinach to increase the veggie count. My sister and I were talking about how we hated spinach as kids. The difference was- it was canned spinach (YUCK). You can't even taste fresh spinach when it's cooked down. Anyway, I like to throw this in the oven to melt the cheese but you don't have to, if you don't want to heat your house up! Everyone will be begging for seconds!
