I grew up eating Tater Tot Casserole. I loved it as a kid and as a Mom I have added extra vegetables to it. With potatoes, green beans, corn and onions you are getting quite a few vegetables. Pair it with a fruit and you are getting 5 veggies and fruit with just this one meal. Plus if you use the Mama Bears Hamburger you are also getting peppers, zucchini and carrots so 8 veggies and fruit in this one meal!
