Here is another BFD (Breakfast For Dinner), this meal makes great use of the leftover corned beef from yesterday's meal. It is all basic breakfast ingredients and Hash is so so good! I like to keep my vegetable in hash pretty big. Usually when I hide vegetables in dinner I like the vegetables tiny, so no one picks them out- lol. Hopefully no one in your family will pick out these vegetables. This meal really takes only about 20 minutes. Enjoy your Weekend and I'll see you next week!
