I used to be an Assistant Scout Master for my daughter's scout troop. One time on an overnight campout, one of the other leaders made Mountain Man Breakfast in a Dutch Oven. All the girls (and myself) LOVED it. It was shocking that potatoes and biscuits could be ready at the same time. But they can. The secret in this recipe, I have adapted for a kitchen oven, is making sure you use foil the first 30 minutes, so the biscuits don't brown. You can use the refrigerated, "Seasoned Hashbrown potatoes", or just plain. Just make sure you are using refrigerated hashbrowns not frozen.
