This is easy.  And the taste is going to make everyone think you slaved in the kitchen for hours.  This is soooooo flavorful!  If the potatoes are super big, you could half them so they cook a bit faster, but really this comes together so beautifully and easy.  Enjoy dinner tonight and enjoy your weekend!
