I picked this recipe up from my husband's dad. I tweaked it to make it crockpot friendly. But this soup is going to be a favorite. My daughter's friend still talks about it and I think he had it at our house at least 10 years ago. You will have to do a bit of chopping. You could do that the night before or the morning you are going to be eating it. Then just make sure to add the Velveeta cheese & sour cream about an hour before serving. Oh and pickup some French bread to dip in it!
