I have talked a few times about Mama Bears Meatballs and how they are staple in my house. This is a meal that you will use anytime you want to prepare dinner quick without having to think about it overly. Think: Weekends. I encourage you to prepare 5lbs of meatballs and use them over the next few months in 5 different meals. These meatballs have beef and 6 different vegetables in them. The best part is that your kids (and you) won't even know you are sneaking in those veggies!
