My neighbor and dear friend Rachel, gave me this recipe. She has six kids and so she doubles the meat in her original recipe. This meal goes with the theme of this week of EASY. Everything gets thrown in the crockpot in the morning and then you stir and chop up some toppings right before serving. What I love about this particular chili is that it is not tomato based, so it's a little bit different than traditional chili. I usually use 2 cans of Great Northern Beans and 1 can of Garbanzo Beans but you can use any kind of white beans.
