Easy Peasy. That is what this is.  My best tip with this easy sandwich meal is to warm up the cream cheese so that it will mix and spread easily.  Remember that you are going to use 2 pitas and 2 tortillas.  Then you can decide which you like better.  My hubby is team tortillas, I am team pita.  You can use any type of deli meat you like.  This would probably be super good with like pepperoni.  I haven't tested that yet.  Serve it with the leftover coleslaw from the Star Wars meal and your favorite fruit.  This is a great low stress way to end the week.
